2. You agree not to distribute or share any content or data from the App without our prior written consent.

### User Accounts
1. To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CryptoMine Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall CryptoMine Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
1. Your use or inability to use the App.
2. Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
3. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App.
4. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
### Governing Law
